The Light Source Mega-Coupler has a 1/2″ × 1 1/4″ Hex Head Bolt with The Light Source Wing Nut and has solid nut tabs that won’t break off. It uses standard 1/2 inch by 1-1/4 inch long hex head grade 8 bolts to secure your load. The bolt head locks into the hex milled pocket so that you can tighten the nyloc nut while the clamp is installed. The Mega-Coupler fastens from (1-1/4″ Pipe) 1.66″ OD to 2 ” OD truss tube and has the industry compatible 14 mm thick base.

Safe Vertical Working Load = 1100 pounds

The Swivel Coupler will fasten from 1-1/4″ pipe (1.660″ OD) to 2.050″ OD truss tube. The Swivel-Coupler has wide wing nuts for fastening the clamp to the pipe or tube and can be locked into a 90 degree fixed coupler by adding an optional 7/32″ × 2″ spiral pin.

The Swivel Coupler is available with a Steel Wingnut(SW) or Stainless Steel Hardware (SS) option and has a Safe Vertical Working Load of 1100 pounds.

Fits 2″ Square Tubing. Notched to bolt onto 2″ square tubing. Fastens with standard ½” bolts and fabricated from 6061-T6 Aluminum.

Safe Vertical Working Load = 1200 pounds.

The Quad Coupler 1.5 will clamp from 1.25” OD to 1.5” OD tubing, as well as 1″ pipe (1.315″ OD.) The Quad Coupler 1.5 is 1.25″ thick. The notch on the outside of clamp is 1.26″ across the flats and will fit over 1-1/4″ square tube, while locking the clamp parallel with the 1-1/4″ square tubing.

Use the flat face to bolt to a fixture, or to allow the Quad Coupler 1.5 to rotate when fastened to square tubing. The distance from the bottom of the clamped pipe or tube, to the flat or notched connecting surface, is .84″ Complete with 3/8” x 1.25” socket head cap screw with nylon insert lock nut and Belleville spring washer.
