The Truss Inspection Challenge – Official Rules and Terms
XSF specializes in aluminum truss repair, inspection, manufacturing, and fabrication.

Eligibility:
Open to attendees of the USITT 2024 Conference, including students and non-student participants, but not available to employees of XSF and their immediate families; only officially enrolled students are eligible for the grand prize.

Contest Period:
The contest runs from March 20 to March 23, with all entries required to be submitted within this period.

How to Enter:
Participants need to sign the Terms and Conditions Sheet to enter the contest.

Contest Details:
Contestants inspect the XSF truss and record all identified damages on a provided sheet.

Winning Criteria:
The student who correctly identifies the most damages wins, with ties resolved by a draw.

Prizes:
The individual prize is a $500 scholarship, and the school prize is a $1,000 XSF credit for the school with the most participants; ties in school participation are also resolved by a draw.

Additional Information:
Judging for accuracy is conducted by XSF representatives, and draws are used to resolve any ties.

General Conditions:
Participants must agree to these rules for entry, with the judges’ decisions being final.

Sponsor’s Rights:
XSF holds the right to cancel or modify the contest in case of fraud or technical failures.

Disputes:
XSF’s decisions on all aspects of the contest are final and binding.
